love is a funny thing

I once thought that distance was a major deciding factor in a relationship, however life works in mysterious ways. The first words I ever told you were "shut the fuck up", marking your obnoxious bantering voice. And you replied saying "I'm gonna marry this girl". From the moment I met you you've made my life an adventure which I wish to keep living. We've had our time apart, you and I, taken the time to reflect on our situations and our lives, to realize that life just wasn't as tasteful. Every time I see you smile it's like my face can't help but do the same. You were never the type id see myself with, I had never imagined someone like you, it had never been a thought, however my life has never been better. Of course you bring me frustration and sometimes a little anger, but your passion for what you love makes it all worth it. It never hits me how time flies; it's already been a year since I met you, and cheers to many more.
